Please note any person residing in the premises may not be evicted until on or after: November 15, 2021 per Assembly Bill No: 3691 signed into Law.

One of the functions of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office is to conduct the sale of real property after foreclosure proceedings have been completed. These sales are held at the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office which is located at 220 North Laurel Street in Bridgeton, NJ, the first Wednesday of each month at 2 p.m., prevailing time.
