Cumberland County Freeholder Jim Sauro presents Cumberland County Department of Human Services County Alcoholism Counselor Melissa Niles with a Freeholder Citation designating Thursday August 31, 2017 as Overdose Awareness Day. The presentation was made during the Tuesday August 22, 2017 meeting of the Cumberland county Board of Chosen Freeholders.
