Cumberland County Unveils New Welcome Signs


Bridgeton, NJ – Cumberland County Freeholder Director Joe Derella and Freeholder Carol Musso unveil the new “Welcome to Cumberland County” signs that are replacing older faded signs that are located along the borders of Cumberland County.
Freeholder Musso said, “We are so pleased to have the new signs in place. They are a great way to demonstrate the Community Pride we have in Cumberland County! The Love Where You Live logo sends a positive, welcoming, message not only to our residents but our visitors who explore the tourism opportunities we have here in the County. It is designed to make you smile.”
Director Derella stated “the new signs clearly reflect the optimistic attitude and progress that we are making throughout the County. We enjoy and outstanding quality of life here and want everybody to know about it!”
The Cumberland County Department of Public Works said that the first seven, of 20 signs have been placed on county roads and more are planned for the summer and fall.
