Joe Derella Appointed To Improvement Authority

appointed Joe Derella as a member of the Cumberland County Improvement Authority.
Derella will fill the vacant seat left by Clair Miller, who resigned from the CCIA in April. The term is scheduled to expire on Jan. 31, 2012. He will be sworn into office in time for the authority’s next meeting in August.
The CCIA administers the county landfill, in Deerfield Township, as well as various public projects regarding economic development and public transportation.
