Under direction, has charge of all activities of the communications center and is responsible for the overall planning, review, and implementation of the entire emergency communications system and equipment. 5 years of experience in the administration or planning and development of a major communications center or system required. Training & certification by the Office of Emergency Telecommunications Services in the Department of Law & Public safety required.
