Employee Board of Elections (Non-Union)
Duties: Under close supervision, completes any and all work involved in the preparation of elections; processes mail-in ballots as required; assist with set-up and training of poll workers; maintains street indexing as needed; lifts 10-20 lbs. election supply bag; performs routine, repetitive clerical work involving the processing of documents in a variety of functions; formats and key enters/types correspondence, documents, reports, charts and other materials on a computer console, typewriter, or other key entry device used by the agency; may key enter or type various documents from copy, records, tapes, or other recording equipment; does other related duties as required.

Board of Elections
Requirements: Ability to use the computer, phone, and typewriter. Ability to follow oral and written directions in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with the public. Knowledge of modern office methods to include experience with email and Microsoft Office products. Good organizational and analytical skills.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
