Keyboarding Clerk 1
Duties: Under close supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work involving the processing of documents in a variety of functions; formats and key enters/types correspondence, documents, reports, charts and other materials on a computer console, typewriter, or other key entry device used by the agency; may key enter or type various documents from copy, records, tapes, or other recording equipment; does other related duties as required.

Salary Range: TBD
Requirements: Ability to use the computer, phone, and typewriter. Ability to follow oral and written directions in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with the public. Knowledge of modern office methods to include experience with email and Microsoft Office products. Good organizational and analytical skills.
Hours: Part-time as needed, Monday through Friday.
Note: Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of physical fitness screenings and criminal background checks. This position is subject to a typing examination in which candidates will be required to demonstrate proficiency in keyboarding or typing 40 net words per minute.
