Maintenance Repairer, Low Pressure License
Department of Public Works (Buildings and Grounds)
 (***Provisional – Pending Civil Service Procedures***)
                                            Starting Salary: $34,405                                           

Duties:            

Under direction, performs variety a of routine maintenance/repair tasks either singularly or in any combination thereof in the following fields:  masonry, plastering, carpentry, painting, plumbing, steamfitting, sheet metal, electrical, glazing, and mechanical; does related work as required.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a current, valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License of the appropriate type (high or low pressure) issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Applicants must possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license.  

Hours:             Work shifts vary and include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
