Under direction, responsible for identifying the ways and means of creating greater efficiencies and cost savings throughout the County. Will facilitate and identify opportunities for shared services between county offices, between the county and its 14 municipalities and between the municipalities, boards of education and authorities themselves.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree required.
