Duties:              Reports directly to the Buildings & Grounds Division Head. Under direction, has charge of and coordinates the requisitioning, receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing of supplies, parts, and equipment; operates motor vehicles to travel among various worksites throughout the County; performs related work as required.

Requirements:   Two (2) years of experience in the obtaining, recording, storing, safeguarding, and issuing of varied types of equipment, materials, and supplies.  Possession of a valid New Jersey driver’s license. Ability to both work independently and successfully interact with members of the work team. Ability to successfully operate in a highly detail-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook), special business-oriented software, and the Internet preferred. Familiarity with construction trades and possession of a strong maintenance background preferred.  

Hours:              Typical work shifts are Monday through Friday, 6:55am – 2:55pm.
