JOB DESCRIPTION: Under direction, performs varied simple and routine tasks involved in the cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds; when necessary, also fires and maintains low pressure boilers; does other related duties.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Possession of a low-pressure Boiler Operator Black Seal License issued by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.
