June Yoga Classes at Cumberland County Library
Mondays 10:30 a.m. -- June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
On 6/8 Yoga Nidra* will extend the end of class to 11:45
Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. – June 3, 10, 17, 24
These classes are for adults of all ages and abilities. Beginners are welcome.
Donations are accepted for the instructor. If it is your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and register with the yoga teacher.
Please arrive 10 minutes before classes to give you time to get settled.
Do not eat a meal within at least 2 hours of class start time.
Avoid chewing gum during class.
Prepare to practice yoga in bare feet or sticky socks.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Avoid wearing perfume or scents when dressing for class.
Turn off cell phones.
*Yoga Nidra, divine sleep is a guided meditation.
