March 2013 Yoga Schedule at the Cumberland County Library

Held at 10:30 a.m. on Mondays- March 4, 11, 18, 25 and 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays- March 6, 13, 20, 27 yoga is practiced at the Cumberland County Library. The Monday and Wednesday classes are for all ages and levels of ability! Please bring a mat if you have one.

For your first yoga session with Ceci Brandt please arrive 20 minutes before start time.

- Please be prepared to practice in bare feet (or sticky socks). Floor is carpeted.

- Wear comfortable clothing

- Avoid wearing perfumes or tonics

- Arrive on time – 10 minutes before start of class to set up

- Turn off cell phones

- Avoid eating a meal at least 2 hours prior to start of class!
