County Fair Features Home Art Exhibits

The Home Arts Building will provide a site for local non-professional artisans to display their creative abilities during the week of the Cumberland County Fair (Monday, July 4th - Saturday, July 9th).

Home Arts Exhibitors booklets and entry forms are available at the County Fair Office, Carmel Road, Millville (825-3820) or the 4-H Center, 291 Morton Avenue, Rosenhayn (451-2800 ext. #3) as well as in local libraries. All exhibits with the exception of food, may be brought to the Fair on Sunday, July 3, 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM. All food items are to be dropped off on Monday only, July 4, 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM. Judging begins on Monday afternoon.

All divisions entered are open to non-professional men and women. All classes will be judged and cash premiums and ribbons awarded. Children under the age of 18 may exhibit projects but are not eligible for awards or premiums.

Divisions include Handwork, Painting and Drawing, Photography, Crafts, Woodworking, Baked Goods, Vegetables and Flowers. The Home Arts Exhibitors book lists all classes to be entered under each division.
