A free seminar, "The Small Business Owner's Guide to Library Resources & Research," will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 2^nd at Cumberland County One-Stop Career Center, 275N. Delsea Drive, Vineland. The guest speaker is Holly Rogerson, head of adult services at Vineland Public Library.
