The Cumberland County Sheriff's Department seeks the public's help in finding two of its "Most Wanted" fugitives.

Sheree M. Flanagan, 50, is sought on a warrant for failure to appear in Cumberland County Superior Court. She is described as white, 5 feet 3 inches tall and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo on her right hand. Her last known address was Brian Avenue in Millville.
UPDATE: After receiving a tip, investigators were able to locate and arrest Sheree Flanagan in Millville on July 22. A caller to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office was able identify where Flanagan was staying. Officers responded to that location and found Flanagan sitting on the front steps.

Ramon Oquendo, 32, is sought on three Cumberland County Family Court warrants for failing to pay $22,979 in child support. Oquendo is described as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 157 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos of hearts and roses on his left arm, and a tattoo of a heart on his right arm. His last known address was East Peach Street in Vineland.
Both of these individuals should be considered dangerous. Sheriff Robert A. Austino asks anyone who comes in contact with Sheree M. Flanagan or Ramon Oquendo to call the police immediately.
