William B. Clark, 39, is sought on two Cumberland County Superior Court family warrants for failing to pay $41,826.11 in child support. Clark is described as a white male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo on his right forearm of a skull, a tattoo on his left arm of a Indian charm, and a tattoo on his chest ( "LYNETTE"). His last known address was Mt. Vernon Street in Vineland.

Estrada is described as a white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo on her left hand ( "PAUL"). Her last known address was East Walnut Road in Vineland.
