February 2011 Events
At The Cumberland County Library

Tuesday, February 1^st
Children will get a jump on the Chinese New Year. February 3^rd is actually the beginning of the Year of the Rabbit, but we will be making our own celebration here at the library with tanagrams, lai see, and Chinese lanterns. Ages 6-9 are invited to come at 6:30 p.m. and older participants will come at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, February 8^th
Fit Kids Workout (Ages 6-9 @ 6:30PM) and Zumba to Latin Rythms (Ages 10-14 @ 7:30PM).

Saturday, February 12^th
Children will continue to prepare for our puppet play in March. Join Miss Courtenay at 10 a.m. to continue making puppets and practice our performance.

Tuesday, February 15^th
Children will make collages with old magazines. This is a fun activity for all ages. The library will provide the magazines and bases and you supply the imagination. Ages 6-9 are invited to come at 6:30 p.m. and older participants will come at 7:30 p.m.
