BID INVITATION AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Director of Purchasing for Cumberland County invites sealed bids for Providing and Installing New Warren Model W550 Dump Bodies (Or Equivalent) and New Warren Model U-60-825-LM Hoists (Or Equivalent) on Two (2) County Owned Trucks for the Cumberland County Department of Public Works, Bid # 10-50.

Bids shall be made on the bid form provided and in the manner prescribed. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, Bid for Providing and Installing New Dump Bodies and Hoists for the Cumberland County Department of Public Works, Bid # 10-50, on the outside. The bids shall be returned to the Office of the Director of Purchasing by Wednesday, November 10, 2010, 1:00 PM prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late bids will not be considered.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure.
