NOTICE OF QUALIFICATIONS

COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND

The County of Cumberland is Soliciting Qualifications through a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. for the following:

1.  Providing General Architectural/Engineering Consulting Services for the County of Cumberland; RFQ # 10-01.

2.  Providing General Environmental Consulting Services for the County of Cumberland; RFQ # 10-02.

Qualifications shall be made in the manner prescribed. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend of each respective individual Request for Qualifications being submitted as stated above on the outside of the envelopes. The qualifications shall be returned to the Director of Purchasing, Room 110, Cumberland County Administration Building, 790 East Commerce Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey, 08302, no later than 1:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, November 4, 2010. Late RFP submissions will not be considered.

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action; P.L. 1977, C. 33; N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 Corporate Disclosure; P.L. 2004, C. 57, Business Registration, and to complete and return a Non-Collusion Affidavit.
