Effective October 25, 2010, vendors will need to register to receive notifications for upcoming requests for bids, proposals, quotations, qualifications and competitive contracting opportunities issued by the County. Vendors may register at:

                                http://cumberlandprocure.org

There is no charge to register. Vendors will select commodities that describe their business. It is recommended that vendors register two users to access the portal in case one user is unavailable. Once registered, vendors will receive an email notification that a competitive opportunity, based on the commodities they selected, has been issued by the County is available for review on the procurement portal. Registered vendors will then be able to view the opportunity and, if interested, print-out the documents and submit a response according to the instructions.

The procurement portal will allow Cumberland County vendors 24/7 access to all competitive opportunities issued by the County, including all requests for bids, proposals, quotations, qualifications and competitive contracting proposals.

Vendors will also be able to access the portal for contract award results once the contracts have been awarded.
