A Non-Mandatory Technical Assistance Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at 10:00 AM prevailing time in the Freeholder Conference Room, Cumberland County Administration Building, 790 East Commerce Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302.  Potential respondents are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting.
