A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Cumberland County Administration Building, 790 East Commerce Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302, in the Purchasing Department Meeting Room, at 10:00 AM (Prevailing Time) on Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
