Sheriff Sales

Sheriff’s sales of residential properties must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 2A:50-64 (“Community Wealth Preservation Program” -  A5664/S4240 – effective 1/12/2024).  As a result, Sheriff’s sales of residential properties will be adjourned until the plaintiff(s) can demonstrate full compliance with the Community Wealth Preservation Program.  New sale dates for residential properties will be forthcoming shortly.  Sales of commercial properties will proceed as originally scheduled.  Thank you.
