The Budget Division prepares and monitors the annual County Budgets, processes federal and state grant awards, processes and monitors projects and contracts and is responsible for the procurement of goods and services. The Budget Division assists all other County Departments in how money is spent, to carry out all necessary functions of Cumberland County Government.
