Elected Freeholder in November 2008. Senior Pastor and Teacher at Shiloh Baptist Church since 1987. Program Development and Grant Writer for Bethany Baptist Association, Member of the Permanent Council of Bethany Baptist Association, Professor, Philadelphia College of Bible, South Jersey Campus since 1996. Employed by the Bridgeton Board of Education since 1983. Currently District Director of Human Resources, former Affirmative Action Officer, Former Chair of the Child Study Team and former Program Developer for Child Advocacy Program. Member of the Affordable Housing Commission, Assistant chairman of the Concerned Citizens of Cumberland County, former chairperson of the Cumberland County College EOF Board, and former member of the Cumberland Empowerment Zone. Founded and Developed many community outreach programs including the Shiloh Community Development Corporation, Elementary Guidance Counseling Program for grades K-5, implemented and Anger Management Program for grades 5-12 , developed The Community Outreach Opportunity Partnership and the Project W.I.N., We’re Involved Now. Masters in Administration/Education Leadership Philadelphia Biblical University, Langhorne, Pennsylvania Graduate Program, Masters of Education, Philadelphia College of Bible, Bachelor of Social Works, Stockton State College, Associates in Science, Cumberland County College. Wife: Marsha Morris Dunkins. Four children: Erica, Justin Jennifer and Britney.
