Dear Resident:

The Cumberland County Department of Planning & Development is currently assessing the open space situation within and around the County in order to propose possible roles for the County in the provision of open space and recreation. A series of public meetings have already been held to gather opinions from the community. In addition, a random telephone survey was conducted throughout the County to collect statistically-valid responses to questions involving open space and recreation.
