Contract Period:     April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011.  This contract shall be contingent upon appropriation of sufficient funds by the Board of Chosen Freeholders in the temporary and/or permanent 2010 and 2011 budget.  The County shall have the option to renew these contracts for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
