Community Meeting Notice

The Cumberland County Disabled Advisory Council to the Board of Chosen Freeholders meets monthly at 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of the Council is to identify, for the Freeholders, the needs of people with disabilities in the community and to recommend solutions, to promote awareness of disabilities and disability issues, and to disseminate information to the general public and to people with disabilities in the community.

The Disabled Advisory Council membership consists of people with a wide range of disabilities and parents of children with disabilities.

The meetings are public and all are welcome. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Please call (856) 453-2156 (voice/TDD) to obtain the date and location of the next meeting, and for other information.

Requests for an accommodation must be received at least 14 days prior to meeting.
