The Office of the Cumberland County Clerk is located on the first floor of the Cumberland County Court House, 60 West Broad Street, Bridgeton, NJ. You must enter from the back of the building.

Office Hours - 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
(Passport applications accepted until 3:00pm)

Satellite offices held on fourth Wednesday of each month at:

• Vineland City Hall - 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Millville City Hall - 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Military and Overseas Civilian Voters (only) can electronically transmit requests for mail-in ballots as well as electronically transmit voted ballot materials.  For further information please call (856) 453-4865 or e-mail at votebymailrequest@co.cumberland.nj.us.

**NEW FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT FILING PROCEDURE FOR 2013**

You must log on to the State’s web site at:  

http://www.state.nj.us/dca/divisions/dlgs/resources/fds.html

Click on the link for Financial Disclosure Statement at the bottom of the screen.

First, you must save the blank form to your computer.  Open the saved file from your computer and then complete the on-line Financial Disclosure Statement.  Enter the following     e-mail address in Section III, Certification, where it asks for the LGA E-mail:

fds@co.cumberland.nj.us

You must click the “ACCEPT” button in Section III, Certification, and then click on the “SUBMIT” button.  You may see further instructions on the screen - if necessary you may have to hit “ALLOW” during this process.  You will then print out the “Electronic Filing Receipt” at the end of the statement, sign the receipt and deliver the receipt only to the County Clerk’s Office in the Cumberland County Court House.  You may also mail the receipt to our attention.

The filing deadline for the completion of these Disclosure Forms has been extended until May 31, 2013 to allow more time for your compliance.
