Family Fun Tour
- Spend a day of education fun at the Seabrook Educational and Cultural Center, the Cohanzick Zoo, Dutch Neck Village, and historic Greenwich. Enjoy lunch at the Country Rose Restaurant, and dinner at the Bait Box Restaurant.
- Begin your day at the Seabrook Educational and Cultural Center. Brought together by war, economic hardship, and the spirit of adventure, the Center exhibits the rare and unique history of the Japanese Americans of Seabrook Village.
- Then its off to the Cohanzick Zoo located in historic Bridgeton. The Cohanzick Zoo is home to many rare and exotic animals in naturalistic enclosures.
- Something for everyone is the best way to describe beautiful, quaint Dutch Neck Village. With all its charm, visitors will enjoy shopping in the specialty shops or sampling some of the fine food prepared at the Country Rose Restaurant located at the Village.
- Historic Greenwich is a great way to conclude your day with a walking tour of some of the most beautiful historic structures one will ever see. Guided tours are offered, or if you prefer, feel free to tour the Village at your leisure. Hancock's Harbor and the Bait Box Restaurant are also located in Greenwich. Here one can dine on the local catch of the day while viewing the sparkling Cohansey River.
A Maritime Adventure
- Visit the East Point Lighthouse, take a sail on the A.J. Meerwald Schooner, and enjoy historic Mauricetown and the pristine Maurice River. Stay overnight and enjoy a day of fishing in the "Weakfish Capital of the World," Fortescue.
- With its panoramic view of the Delaware Bay, the East Point Lighthouse is a famous landmark for local artists and tourists to visit. The shoreline here is home to one of the largest shorebird migrations in the world, second only to Alaska.
- After enjoying the view of East Point by land, why not take a sail on the A.J. Meerwald Schooner. The Schooner is an authentically restored 1928 Delaware Bay Oyster Schooner and is known locally as a sailing classroom. Sails usually last approximately two and one half hours.
- Historic Mauricetown is an antique lover's haven, where visitors may enjoy the sites and sounds of the local flavor offered by this 1700s fishing village. While visiting Mauricetown, you won't want to miss the pristine Wild and Scenic Maurice River. This is one of the most amazing wildlife habitats in the world.
- Relax and enjoy a day of surf fishing in Fortescue, or charter a boat and spend the day on the Delaware Bay. Fortescue also provides the bird enthusiast with plenty of opportunities to enjoy a variety of rare species.
